I DO NOT honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

• Services are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods thus I do not issue refunds once the service is delivered.
• If you make a purchase from me and another service provider at the same time, in case of any problems, you are responsible and I am not required to issue any refunds.
• I will not honor requests for a refund when I have notified customers about possible delays before ordering.

Refund Conditions

I DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

• Partial: If the service is "partial", I may issue a refund of the corresponding partial amount.
• Non-delivery of the service: Requests for service non-delivery must be submitted in writing within three business days from the service date.
• Service not-as-described: Such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase with clear evidence.
